I pay $12 a month and Howell branch decided to take friday July 14 off early,closed at 5:00.need to find another bank that is open when they say. Manager is Nasty,she is always right and customer is wrong. She won't shut up to show proof of your complaint.
This bank has the worst customer service of any Bank in Livingston County. Mallory, the bank manager held me hostage in the drive through over 14 minutes with her back to me at the window and would not respond when I pushed the teller button multiple times) I was only making a payment not conducting business that should be done inside. When she finally returned with my receipt she told me that I could make my payment online. Bank of America purchased my mortgage from another bank without my knowledge and will never get my business. Absolutely the worst experience ever at a bank.
