They get a 3 because the beer is very good here. Been here 5 times now. I've given the brisket a couple chances but both times it was dry even though most of the pieces are half fat and gristle. You'd think there would be some moisture with the ratio of fat with meat but still dry and chewy somehow. The sweet bbq sauce tastes like straight ketchup to me. The most criminal though is their treatment of what should be very good, thick cut bacon. Horribly under cooked both times I had it on pizza and a burger. Request it extra crispy unless chewy and barely cooked is your thing. Bacon shouldn't stretch like a rubber band. The fries, onion rings and mac n' cheese are all good. Bravo on all the beer I've tried, great job with that.
Pretty good usually. Would give it more stars but the BBQ meat items usually don't come out Hot. I've been here several visits and several plates of lukewarm BBQ have been served to me. Great side items that are served hot though.
We had a party of 11 at 5 pm on a Saturday. Got a nice big beautiful rustic wood table booth. Great service from Christy! The beer and food was delicious! M-43 on tap and their own double IPA was tasty!
So we usually have an great experience however our last obe not so great. They were out of coffee and had already closed out the soup. I ordered the brisket and had flavor of being over microwaved and was not the usual fall apart with a fork texture. It was very rubbery my corn muffin tasted stale like it had been placed in a plastic storage bag for awhile. Not sure if it was because it was later in the night but we have always went in there at that time. Serve staff is always the best
Beer was good. Food is okay. My ribs were not warm (spots still cold) when served. The server brought a new order which was better.
