What a joke... NEVER do business with this man. We got a vehicle that is a complete death trap, paying over 6,000 dollars for a car that had 200,000 plus miles on it. Long story short we returned it and he was able to sale it for $500 (what it's actually worth) but we still owe them over $6,000 for this lease.
My husband bought his Dodge Ram from Joseph auto sales... What a joke! They don't negotiate on price because there already priced to sell & come with a limited parts n service warranty...blah blah blah. I call BS because 24hrs later it started having issues (the catalytic converters); which they only replaced one, not both & didn't even bother to change/check the O2 sensors or replace them; yet they had his truck in the shop for 4 days. We finished doing all the rest ourselves in an afternoon. Plus to top all of that off... It took us over 6wks to get the title! Do not do business here! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!
This vehicle also had tons of problems covered up.
They are amazing! Bill, Trisha & Cheryl and Tom. Plus they have top mechanics in their Shop!

Buying a car from this place was the biggest mistake I've ever made. The sales sticker on the window said $5999, they charged me $7000. After financing for 3 years it will be almost $12000. I got the car on Septenber 21st drove it home and to work one day and service engine light came on. I called the dealership everyday for a week and got the runaround . They kept telling me they would have someone cal me back but they never did. So i took the car back to the dealerships garage and thats where its been since October 3rd. Ive tried to return it but they refuse to let me out of the lease or help me by putting me in a different vehicle. So im contacting a lawyer, the Bbb, and the news stations so they cant take advantage of anyone else .
Terrible! Gave us 1000 $ for our truck as a trade in then sold it for 9,000. We bought a suv and Legally they have 15 days to transfer the title, registration, etc. It took 30 days and i had to personally go there 3 different rimes and they srill messed it up! I had to renew my tags and had to pay a late fee because they couldnt be bothered to fill out and send in the paperwork on time. S.o.s told me to report them for not submitting the paperwork in the 15 days they legally have to do it.
