From the minute we entered the store to the moment we left, with a new pair of shoes, I can't imagine a more responsive customer service experience. We were greeted at the door, received abundant and expert advice, and as we left we were told that they were glad we came in. Product knowledge was outstanding. The process of understanding what the shoes were for, the clerk matched me with options. We went back the next day to get a pair of shoes for my wife. Same deal! Kudos to all!
