Hospital called me on Friday 3 hours before my scheduled time and cancelled my appointment (construction), I missed Tuesday because I was thinking my appointments were Wednesday & Friday. Now today I come in and they took me off the schedule and cancelled all of my appointments because I didn't show on Tuesday. No call or nothing! Luckily they're going to "fit me in." I'm well aware of their policies and nowhere did it say I would no longer be a patient after missing only 1 day... I had issues last time I came here at the beginning of the year. I suggest you & I both look elsewhere. The therapists are really good, but their policies and service is horrible.
The Physical Therapist's here, Adam, Theresa, Kevin, have all been absolutely wonderful! The attention you receive is very personal. They truly care about how you feel and want to help you to make your world better again!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here for Therapy!!
