Great experience. We like to refer to Robert as the 'Super Inspector', he is truly amazing. We have used him a few times to conduct home inspections, water inspections, septic inspections and HVAC inspections and the guy is quite knowledgeable and very thorough. When we first hired Robert we were expecting to be there for maybe 1-2 hours... well it took him 4-5 hours and we maybe underestimating it and he looked at EVERYTHING. My point is.... that is exactly what you want in a home inspector because after all that is the point of the inspection in the first place and Robert did not disappoint. He has always been extremely thorough and truly does have your best interest in mind. From checking to be sure every outlet, switch and appliance is functional to researching as to whether or not that property has had a fire in the past when something fishy comes up, Robert is extremely through and then puts it all in a nice easy to ready picture ready report for you to review. Great experience, highly recommend.
