My son broke his key in his ignition last Saturday morning. After we spoke on the phone they showed up very quickly (I was very grateful since it was a Saturday). After some serious effort the broken key was out and the problem was resolved. These are some wonderful people. Super nice and really great to work with. Best experience I've had with any customer service in a very long time. You'd be making a mistake calling anyone else.
We gave them a call in the morning, they were out here within 2 hours and had our lock fixed in about 10 minutes, and when we got the bill it was only $95, and knocked some of that off for being a repeat customer. Completely rocked it out. Would recommend.

I called this morning and spoke with Ed, the owner. I had an issue with a condo mailbox and needed the lock changed. He took care of it earlier in the day and then met me after I got home from work to hand over the keys and make sure everything was working properly. Top notch customer service, and exceptionally reasonable prices. I'd recommend Ed and his company without hesitation.
I could not be any happier with my experience. It was 7pm on a Saturday night, I was an hour away from home, and I locked my keys in the car. I was sure no one would be open. Thankfully, these fine people not only saved my bacon, but they did so professionally and without charging me an arm and a leg to do so. Both people I spoke with were very friendly and made my situation far less stressful than I thought it would be.
