Prescriptions never ready. Does not matter if it's called in 24 hours before or a week ago. Same response "it's not ready, give like 15 minutes"...
They have gone out of their way to fill special prescriptions. They contact my doctor to get additional refills. Refills can be ordered by phone using their automated system, and the system calls when prescriptions are ready for pickup. When needed, they have gone out of their way to fill prescriptions while I waited. Great people!
Bc I had more than 3 coupons for the same brand name, not same product, I could not use them. Their customer service is terrible!
