Management keeps the property impeccable! Snow is plowed routinely all winter and the grounds, pool, playgrounds and fitness area are well maintained. I highly recommend this property/community. It's quiet and family friendly.

Nice safe and pritty
We looked at multiple communities and really liked how the homes at Burkhart were set lengthwise on the lots, rather then side-by-side like at the other communities. Plus, we bought a home with an 2 car attached garaged! And they really take care of the property.
