We have dealt with this store a lot in the past couple of days, I have not one bad thing to say about them. Every single person I talked to knew what they were saying and if they didn't know they always made sure I had the answer before I got off the phone. I am thankful for them for getting us we have wanted, a lot of places wouldn't have gone above and beyond to help out like they did. Thanks again guys so much! we love everything that you have helped us out with.

I have puchased a washer and dryer and a air conditioner from this store service was ok items were paid in full now I have a fireplace that is 3 payments from being paid my daughter passed away and I was late on last payment and 1 week late on this one Michael was very rude to me said I'm late coming to get it I explained situation he said does not matter I should of called the last thing on my mind at this time was to call rent a center it disgusts me that he would tell and argue with me at a very difficult time like this I will not ever purchase another thing from the Howell store as long as Michael works there
