Their work and time frame is perfect, very happy with that. My only complaint is that she refused to take her own current coupon for 10% off of labor. No where did it say that you must present it the first time you go in to talk to them. We did not receive the coupon in the mail until the day after we ordered the work. I don't know why a great local business would refuse their own coupon--- ever.
