We went during a time that the store was not very crowded. I have to say the associates we're so kind and tolerant of my children running around throughout the Christmas displays while they were in the middle of setup. They needed to stretch their legs after a very long car ride. Everyone is always so kind and helpful there.
Good store, seemingly bigger selection compared to the home depot I typically visit. Seems the service staff are always very helpful.
It is sometimes difficult to find someone working here. They are generally helpful once I locate them. I'm here often, so maybe I catch them at bad times.

When I'm doing home improvement on a weekend around the house I'm sure to make at least 4 or 5 trips. The staff is always kind and helpful and there is someone who knows something about what you are trying to do, even on larger projects.
