Great people who run the place always warm and smiling. Never pushing stuff on you which I love. Get all your fluids you would need for a motor vehicle. Just do not show up expecting them to have parts in stock. They have some serious fancy bicycles too
Great local company. I helped my son to buy his first motorcycle here. Very knowledgeable and friendly people that work here. Answered all of my son's questions and didn't try selling him anything that he didn't need. Couldn't have asked for better service. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall fantastic experience.
Very unprofessional. Jerks on the phone, & that did not change when I visited the store. I asked for the gentleman to provide me an out the door price. They told me that they would when I decided to buy it. There was a large disparity between the price on the bike of $7200, & their rough $8200 out the door price. Just Shady. I will not return to their store. I was willing to pay no more than $8000, but I had to agree to buy it before they would give me the out the door costs. Even refused to provide the VIN number of the vehicle they were selling.
If negative stars were an option they would have five. If you fix your own bike and need assistance ordering parts. This is not the place for you. After looking at the diagrams I pointed out which part I needed. I paid the 300 dollars it costed and was on my way. When I went to pick it up it was a completely different part and I said "that wasn't the part I told you" and I was told it was. I tried to put it aside and I asked how much would the real part cost and they told me 560 dollars. (And I thought 300 was a lot) I said forget it and I want my money. And even still they deducted 60 dollars from my 300 for their "shipping" costs to return the part. They have no sympathy and didn't take responsibility for ordering the wrong part and said I told them the wrong part.
Don't waste ur time going here. Employees are rude and act like you are bothering them to be there. Items are overpriced and some are damaged and they still want you to pay full price. They ignore you and get annoyed when you ask about their products. They also lie to you. You ask one guy a question and his answer is completely different than the other person. Worst business in Livingston County! Got a better item on eBay for almost $300 less.
