Friendly staff and wide selection of products. The dog self wash is a great deal. Clean and well designed. The price is very reasonable ($10). I will never bathe my dog at home again.
I have for bearded dragons, all different ages. I have been to many pets swords and besides Preuss pets in Lansing, this store has the best selection for my lizards. The staff always helps me, and always offers valuable information.
My dog is much better when I use the "self-dog wash," but we did try grooming with Sara J, whom did an excellent job with my frisky furry guy! He nipped a few times during the nail clipping/grinding and she handled him very gentlly and cautious... yes, I was in the salon to see his terrible behavior! I was embarrassed my pup was so bad, but thankful for their patience! The salon is spotless, smells clean and sanitary, and they explained everything after his appointment! Thanks again, Sara J and your grooming team for being awesome!
The store clerks are nice; they seem knowledgeable of products and the sales! I always choose this store over Brighton, even though it is a further drive from home!
Nice store and surprised to find they offer self wash stations to wash dogs. Plan on revisiting soon - don't tell my dogs!
Vicky has been soooo helpful to us multiple times and always greets us with a smile. The girls in the nail salon are top notch and professional and having an ergonomically correct dog wash is just the best if you have a big dog! Our dog had a potty accident in the store and staff was so helpful to keep us from being embarrassed. Love this store!
