Very friendly and helpful staff! Recently switched both of my dogs to a holistic diet and they are now on Health Extension, never turning back. It's simply amazing and the greatest thing for your dogs health. Although their prices may a bit high... I love their products and all the options they have to offer!
It's was good service but didn't have mealworms the couple times I went there. They also didn't have any pets on display other than a macaw.
Great supply of healthy pet food, treats and supplies. Good prices for high quality products. Offer pet food loyalty program, 1 free bag of pet food for every 10 bags purchased (saved me $60 bucks). Staff is helpful. Pets welcome to pick out their own treats.
This pet store is wonderful! Such friendly, helpful employees. I went in on customer appreciation day, which they do annually, and received 10% off my entire food purchase and a HUGE goodie bag full of treats for my dog! It will be an awesome Christmas this year for Piper! I buy all my pet food here and will definitely go back for CAD next year, too. I just wish they offered goodie bags for cats, too!
The most friendly and knowledgeable people I have ever met. You can really tell that they are genuinely passionate for animals. They offer a huge selection and healthiest foods for animals of all types. I will never go to a big box store when I can support such an incredible family owned and operated company!
