Very disrespectful and rude! The Assistant Manager Ashley Brock is very unprofessional. I have never been felt so discriminated against. I agreed these people who work there are racists.
Me and my friend were stared down every time we touched something, I opened the cap to hand sanitizer to smell it and got told to close it and put it down, as we were leaving the store the lady chased us down and accused us of stealing a keychain, I'm never going their again, if I could I would rate it 0 stars, I'm disgusted.
The lady was extremely rude to us the moment we walked into the store, didn't even look up when we walked in. When inquiring about getting our ears pierced she told us different information than we had been told twice, from two different people on the phone. Very dissapointed in the store overall. I definitely believe that a store should get its facts straight between all of the workers before answering questions. I will definitely not be visiting this store again.
