Brought my grandmother's ring in to have the prongs re-tipped. It is a very old piece and very special to me. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was in the right place! The store is very warm and welcoming, and Kallie is so personable and really knows her stuff. Her adorable, friendly dog Tater, is in the store everyday also and just adds to the great atmosphere. I came in to pick up my ring and was just blown away. The new prongs were perfect, the ring was polished, and it looked like new. In fact it's never looked better. I'm beyond happy with it!
