Kermit is a great man! He stands by his work and his word! I had an issue with my rebuilt transmission that he and his team did. I brought it back and they worked to figure out the issue. I only wish more people would be of good character and stand by their word! Thanks for the great work! I was traveling through this part of the country and they took great care of me and my car!!
poor communication, any issues is always the customers fault. save your self the grief.
I have never had a worse car repair experience! If I could give zero stars I would. Kermit did not communicate with us at all. Even when he had to keep my car for several days after it was supposed to be done he did not bother to call and let us know. My car was returned with damage that was not there prior to it being in his possession. I called him about it and instead of taking responsibility for what happened he yelled at me about what a rough and busy day he had and how he "didn't need me calling him and whining". My car continues to leak transmission fluid and has had to be back to his shop 3 times. He have had to rent a car twice because of the warranty repairs that have been needed. Buyer beware!! Find a more reputable repair shop and don't risk it with this shop.
The best and most honest repair shop around..!!!!! Any negative review about AAMCO in Howell is probably wanting something for free and it doesn't work like that trans shops have bills too.
