Grand Oaks always does a great job no matter what the issue is. I take my vehicle there for oil changes to major maintenance issues. There pricing is affordable and fair. There waiting room is smaller, but you can walk to McDonalds and use their wifi while you wait. I would definitely recommend Grand Oaks.
I've been going to Grand Oaks for any minor/major repairs for a few years now. Dave and his crew are always very informative about what the issues are, and if I can't afford to fix everything at that time, he will gladly adjust the quote to my needs.
Recently I took my car in for some front end work and to get a new bushing. After leaving, I noticed the front alignment was off while I was driving home. I called up Dave and he said they could get it back in the next morning. Even better is they didn't charge me to correct the alignment! I've been to some other places where this level of service would never be seen, and that puts Grand Oaks many steps above them in my book.
